The Directors

RICHARD JONES - Managing Director, Engage+44 (0) 7584 003 692

Richard brings a wealth of relevant experience, having operated at Director level at Atlantis Healthcare and Healthcare at Home. 

Prior to this, Richard spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a progression of senior UK and European commercial roles for companies including AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, on many of the pharmaceutical industry’s most successful brands including Losec, Serevent, Flixotide and Lipitor.

Richard has proven expertise in developing global adherence strategies and local market solutions, and has a passion for crystallising complex issues on patient engagement and developing innovative and effective solutions. Richard chaired the European Patient summit in Berlin 2011 and London 2012.

Linda is a pharmacist with an MBA and an MPhil looking at the challenges of facilitating patient engagement. 

She has over 20 years experience in healthcare marketing and communications, and has held director level positions on both agency and client side.

Linda brings experience of engaging and working with KOLs and healthcare professional organisations, including the Royal Colleges, to develop and gain accreditation for training programmes to increase patient engagement and deliver both healthcare professional and patient behaviour change.
